ตั้งเป้ากระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจยั่งยืน ขานรับนโยบาย EEC ภายใต้ยุทธศาสตร์ไทยแลนด์ 4.0
บริษัท อี.ไอ.พี. (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ก่อตั้งโดย คุณวีดี้ ชเวง (Mr. Vidy Cheung) และ คุณอนา วงศ์สิงห์ ผู้บริหารและผู้ก่อตั้ง บริษัท คิงดอม พร็อพเพอร์ตี้ จำกัด บริษัทพัฒนาโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ชั้นนำของไทย เจ้าของ โครงการใหญ่มากมาย อาทิ โครงการ Southpoint Pattaya โครงการคอนโดหรูระดับไฮเอนท์ ที่อยู่ในทำเลที่ดีที่สุดของพัทยา, โครงการ The Bay Shopping Mall และ โครงการ AW Wellness เป็นต้น จากวิสัยทัศน์ของทั้ง 2 ผู้บริหารที่มุ่งมั่นและต้องการ เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจให้กับประเทศไทย รวมถึงความพยายามในวงการธุรกิจทั้งในไทยและต่างประเทศ ภายใต้สภาวะเศรษฐกิจถดถอยของโลก จากวิกฤต COVID-19 และ สงคราม เมื่อได้มีโอกาสติดต่อทางธุรกิจในภูมิภาคเอเชีย ที่มีความต้องการความร่วมมือความก้าวหน้าทางนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเป็นอย่างมาก ทำให้ทั้งคุณอนาและคุณวีดี้ เกิดแนวคิดความร่วมมือสู่การลงทุนในครั้งนี้ ซึ่งเป็นโอกาสสำคัญของภูมิภาคเอเชียโดยเฉพาะประเทศไทย ในการร่วมมือ วิเคราะห์ วิจัย สู่เป้าหมาย ซึ่งจะส่งผลในภาพรวม เพื่อกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจทั้งภายในประเทศไทยและการส่งออกในห่วงโซ่อุปทาน ในภูมิภาคเอเชียแบบยั่งยืน เช่น การสร้างงาน,การสร้างเทคโนโลยีอำนวยความสะดวกมนุษย์ โดยทาง บริษัท อี.ไอ.พี (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ได้มีนโยบายพร้อมเล็งเห็นความสำคัญของพันธมิตรการลงทุนการค้าอย่างมีความเข้าใจร่วมกัน เพื่อบรรลุความสำเร็จสู่เป้าหมายเดียวกัน ซึ่งเป็นที่มาของการจัดงานพิธีลงนามสัญญาร่วมทุนระหว่างบริษัทไทยและฮ่องกง ถึง 3 บริษัท กับ 4 กิจการ ในครั้งนี้ โดยจัดขึ้น เมื่อวันที่ 7 กุมภาพันธ์ 2566 ที่ผ่านมา ณ ห้องบอลรูม 2 โรงแรมฮอลิเดย์ อินน์ พัทยา ซึ่งในการลงนามครั้งนี้จะเป็นการลงนามเพื่อเปิดกิจการร่วมค้า (Joint Venture) ทั้งหมด 4 บริษัท ดังนี้

กิจการร่วมค้าระหว่าง บริษัท อี.ไอ.พี. (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด กับ บริษัท อะแวค์ โกลบอล จำกัด (สิงคโปร์) (Averte Global PTE Ltd.) ได้รับเกียรติลงนามโดย คุณรอย ฟง (Mr. Roy Fung) ประธานกรรมการบริหาร (CEO) มีจุดประสงค์ในการดำเนินธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีพลังงานหมุนเวียนอย่างยั่งยืน(Technology on Sustainable and Renewable Energy) โดยมีการตั้งเป้าสนับสนุนการลงทุนในประเทศไทย เป็นจำนวน 1 พันล้านเหรียญสหรัฐ สำหรับ โครงการพลังงานสีเขียว

กิจการร่วมค้าระหว่าง บริษัท อี.ไอ.พี. (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด กับ บริษัท อะแวค์ โกลบอล จำกัด (สิงคโปร์) (Averte Global PTE Ltd.) ได้รับเกียรติลงนามโดย คุณแคเรนซ์ แชน (Mr. Clarence Chan) กรรมการบริหาร (Executive Director) มีจุดประสงค์ในการดำเนินธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับการผลิต และจัดจำหน่าย Electric Motorbike หรือ จักรยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า โดยตั้งเป้าหมาย ในการจำหน่าย Electric Motorbike จำนวน 2 ล้านคันภายในเวลา 3 ปี โดยเริ่มจากการนำเข้า และหลังจากนั้นจะเป็นการผลิตภายในประเทศในการนำเทคโนโลยีพัฒนาต่อยอด เพื่อการสร้างโรงงานผลิตจักรยานยนต์ไฟฟ้าและส่งเสริมการสร้างงานด้านอาชีพ แห่งแรกในประเทศไทยในปี 2568 ที่จะถึงนี้

(ประเทศไทย) จำกัด กับ บริษัท เนเจอร์ อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล ไบโอ-เทค จำกัด (ฮ่องกง) (Nature International Bio-Tech Company Limited) ได้รับเกียรติลงนามโดย คุณแมททิว แทง (Mr. Matthew Tang) ประธานกรรมการบริหาร (CEO) โดยมีจุดประสงค์ในการดำเนินธุรกิจด้านการเกษตรแต่ตั้งต้นน้ำจนถึงปลายน้ำ เช่น พัฒนาเทคโนโลยีด้านการเกษตร ที่เรียกว่า Agri-enzyme (อากริ - เอนไซม์) (Distribution and Production on agricultural Agri-enzyme products) เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ เพื่อส่งเสริมเกษตรกรในประเทศไทยสู่วัตถุประสงค์ความสำเร็จผลผลิตและบริหาร การจำหน่ายร่วมกัน แบบยั่งยืน รวมถึงการวิจัยและผลิตผลผลิตทางการเกษตรเพื่อเป็นอาหารทางเลือกใหม่ให้แก่ผู้บริโภค (Plant Base) ที่คิดค้นและวิจัยด้วยนวัตกรรมใหม่ โดยมุ่งเน้นทางด้านคุณภาพทางด้านโภชนาการและการเกษตรที่ยั่งยืน

(ประเทศไทย) จำกัด กับ บริษัท พาวิลเลี่ยน พร็อพเพอร์ตี้ จำกัด (ฮ่องกง) (Pavillion Property Ltd.) ได้รับเกียรติลงนามโดย คุณแอแลนด์ แลม (Mr. Alan Nam) ประธานบริษัท (Chairman) โดยมีจุดประสงค์ในการดำเนินธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์โดยมุ่งเน้นทางด้านความล้ำสมัย ความบันเทิง และ สุขภาพ (Develop Trendy/Leisure/Wellness Theme-Based Properties)

E.I.P. (THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITED was founded by Ana Wongsing and Vidy Cheung, founders of KINGDOM PROPERTY COMPANY LIMITED. Under the experienced guidance of the two founders, the leading Property Company owns many successful mega projects, namely Southpoint Pattaya, Property Projects and Sport Wellness Tourism
Determined to contribute to the country’s economic growth, the two founders leveraged their business expertise and networks in initially reaching out to Best Practice Players in the Asia Region, where innovations and technology are advanced.

The four joint ventures, in accordance with the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) Development Plan under scheme of Thailand 4.0, aim to import innovations to create value in a long-term sustainable economic growth.

The joint venture between E.I.P. (THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITED and Averte Global PTE Ltd., signed by Roy Fung, CEO, aims to operate business on Sustainable and Renewable Energy technology. The company is targeting financing 100 million USD of green energy projects including solar farms and waste management projects initially.
- Averte Electric Vehicle (Thailand) Company Limited
The joint venture between E.I.P. (THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITED and Averte Global PTE Ltd., signed by Clarence Chan, Executive Director, aims to manufacture, distribute and finance electric motorcycles, targeting to leverage technology to build Thailand’s first electric motorcycle factory in the coming 2025.The company is targeting to sell 1 million e-Motorbike in 3 years time, starting with imported e-Motorbikes, to be followed with local factory-built ones.
- Nature-EIP Biotech Group (Thailand) Co., Ltd
The joint venture between E.I.P. (THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITED and Nature International Bio-Tech Company Limited, signed by Matthew Tang, CEO, operates on Crop Management, Production and Distribution, as well as the Distribution and Production on Agri-enzyme Products.The company targets to sell 1 billion USD agricultural products produced in Thailand for domestic and export purposes.

The joint venture between E.I.P. (THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITED and Pavillion Property Ltd., signed by Alan Nam, Chairman, develops Trendy/Leisure/Wellness Theme-Based Properties. The company targets to finance 500 million USD in Thailand’s commercial and residential property investment.
The Memorandum of Understanding has seen the support of many public sectors, namely the Eastern Economic Corridor Office of Thailand (EECO), Chonburi Province, Pattaya, and Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization (CPAO). The event was honored by the presences of Tachaphol Kanjanakul, Ph.D., Deputy Secretary General of EEC; Thitiluk Kampa ,Deputy Governor of Chonburi Province and Poramet Ngampichet, Pattaya City mayor.

The company aims to operate on Crop Management, Production and Distribution. Focusing on nutritional assets and sustainable agriculture, the company researches agricultural produce to launch Thailand’s first innovative plant-based alternatives for consumers.
The company also aims to produce Agri-enzyme products – setting out to research the innovation to be able to distribute according to the varying needs of farmers in each region. Being innovated to increase crop productivity by 30%, Thailand’s first adoption of Agri-enzyme will be largely beneficial.
